David Dundas

David Dundas is an experienced entrepreneur. Spending the previous four years working for two of the leading direct-to-consumer mobile content startups in the US (Thumbplay and Flycell), David has very deep experience launching companies in nascent markets. Before entering the mobile and digital content space, David began his career at IT media powerhouse TechTarget. David has a management degree from the Boston College Carroll School at with dual majors in Information Sciences and Marketing.

Damien Dong

Damien Dong has spent years developing critical, enterprise-class applications for a number of industries. Before his role at You Are Media, Damien served as the IT manager for multiple business intelligence projects at EMD Serono, a leading biotechnology company based in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to EMD Serono, Damien worked for several years at Deloitte Consulting, one of the world's largest technology consulting firms. As a business technology consultant, Damien specialized in customer-facing enterprise applications and analytics software. In his consulting role, he advised major firms ranging from a Fortune 500 manufacturer to a major non-profit health insurance provider. Damien holds a BS degree from Boston College with a dual-concentration in Computer Science and Operations Management.

Steve Cordova

Shortly before You Are Media, Steve worked directly under the CFO of a leading online urban retailer, Dr. Jays, as a Financial Analyst. In this capacity Steve has led many financial initiatives, including improving operations in their distribution centers resulting in major cost reductions and shipping times. Advising on the strategic diversification of the company, Steve's work has contributed to overall year over year growth topping over 70%.
